Splitting the grapes between what we keep in our winery and what is sold for Port wine allows us to maintain the right quantity for our vinification capacities, working without haste and anchored on selection and criteria.

Rebuilt from a near ruin state, the winery at Quinta das Amendoeiras kept its old features while incorporating the best of what modern technology has to offer. Ancient knowledge and modern technology can only benefit from each other whenever they are meant to meet.
