To the human voice were added noises from around the farm, captured from the scenery, as well as from the winery. In the end, they were all processed in the computer. The coordination between me and Joaquim Branco, recording and editing technician, as well as author of the electronic manipulation that led to the final result, was easy and rewarding. Since we have been working together for many years, we really enjoyed putting this idea into practice.

The piece can be understood as being divided into three parts which represent, respectively: the landscape, the production process and the resting of the wine. The fact that the most natural possible instrument is being used, associated to the electronic manipulation of high technology, is similar to what happens with the wine production. The quality of the raw material becomes allied to the knowledge and the expertise with which it is dealt with.
